Endless Words, Endless Opportunities, Forever Poetry

 If my soul was a garden where flowers grew there would be one for you, you and you.  One for you I never got to meet, yet oh how your color still gleams. One for you my dearest girl who's hues outshine the sun. One for you my precious boy who's color sparks pure joy. Each of you would be etched in gold if you were among the garden of my soul.  My darling loves this is where you reside in the deep corners of my mind. Always near and never far, shining bright just the way you are.

 He fueled her desires  He satiated her hunger With every touch, he began to heal the broken parts of her She became vulnerable with him in a way she never had before  She relinquished control  She sank deeply into the freedom of being and serving  He cared for her in ways she only fantasized about  Together they cultivated a relationship that freed them both and deepened their love and connection He healed her and she saved him

 If you only resided in the air, I would spend every moment breathing you in. If I could only see you in the sun, I'd blind myself by your light to feel closer to you. If the only way to feel your arms around me was to submerge in the water, than in the water I would make my life.  If the price to pay to kiss you only once was a lifetime of waiting, than so be it.  I love you fails to encompass what I feel for you.  Time passes yet fails to fully show the extent of said love. You are the spark that lights my soul on fire, I will forever burn for you. 

 Anyone can love her body But can you ignite passion inside her that makes shock waves go through her body simply by looking at her? Can you make tingles go up her arm when you hold her hand? Can you guard her heart from the evils of this world? Can you set her soul on fire and teach her to soar? Can you be humble enough to grow and learn alongside her? Can you be dominant enough to quiet her mind and gentle enough to silence her fear? Any boy can claim they love a woman, but only a man can show her. 

 Sometimes someone walks into your darkness and brings a source of light. Other times someone simply sits with you in the dark thus making you realize perhaps your darkness isn't a place to be feared.  A rarity it is that a person can embody both. A gift when you find someone who loves you purely, unselfishly, thus together planting a flourishing garden from the seeds of the darkness. Who knew out of darkness could emerge such a beautiful life. 

 All roses have thorns Each thorn a mark of the journey Each thorn a sign of growth  A sign of perseverance  A sign of strength The thorns protect the delicate flower   If it weren't for the thorns, the beautiful flower above would never blossom People are like roses in a way  Perhaps our thorns are what allow us to be beautiful  Perhaps what some call imperfections are actually our greatest strengths for survival   

 And in that moment she died.  This death was not physical, it psychological and borderline spiritual.  This death freed her of all the chains that tried to hold her below Death rid her of the pain and baggage she had been carrying giving her instead intense determination  With one final dagger to her heart she set what once was on fire  As the flames rose so did she, a new being  Out of the flames came a woman with no fear With her once soft heart turned cold, no man would ever break her again.  She would sit on her thrown atop the ashes and rule her empire as the queen she was born to be. 

 You wanted me to forget myself  You tried to reinvent me in your twisted schemes to fit your mold You almost succeeded Almost…. I rose up and fire burned in your eyes, how dare I come against you I remember my worth, how dare I Your fury burned against me You hard never lost before, your victims ghost of the past haunted by you still I refused to be another ghost I rose up  Now you are nothing but a ghost in my past, but you don’t haunt me You melted away into oblivion never to be see again All because I rose up

 The ocean calls my name I hear her song clear as day calling me  She calls a song of freedom She promises a peace that transcends all understanding  I hear her call and yet I cannot go I am grounded in the sand afraid As the waves come closer beckoning to me, I begin to question what holds me back after all The waves envelope me in their presence and make me weightless  I have found my freedom in the vastness of the sea When you feel the waves calling to you, remember me Join the sea and find your peace

 You don't know what I'm feeling because you don't care to ask. Even if you asked you'd still be at a loss. Loss of words, loss of expression, loss of all emotion. Why? You lost the best thing that ever happened to you based on a fleeting feeling and feelings unfelt. 

You are the light of this world. The world tries to dim your light yet you only shine brighter. You are the hope of this world.  The world tries to bring depression and fear yet you give us peace and joy.  You are rhe future of this world. The world tries to remove you yet you have given this world warriors. Your warriors will rise up. We will fight for your name.  We will fight for the truth until the day you return for us.  We will fight for the gospel until our final breathe.  This world is temporary.  We will fight for eternity. 

We are on a game board You move your piece.. Yet I do not move mine I see it move, I feel the push of gravity moving my piece from one square to another Yet I am not the mover I have not touched my piece I merely watch as the game unfolds before me A watcher A passerby to my own fate I am on my side of the board Yet your control passes over your side and onto mine A game meant to be played fair has been manipulated In your eyes I am not an equal I am not a playmate I am a pawn in your twisted game

They all used to stare, mutter, judge. They all used to assume with no factual reservation. They would ridicule loudly as if they thought I was an animal who couldn’t understand their spoken words. But I heard them… I heard them loud and clear. Today the tables turn, I am done holding back. Today I stare, I stare at myself and admire how far I’ve come. Today I mutter, I mutter under my breath that I am beautiful and worth it. Today I look to no judge for approval except God himself. Today I speak facts and truth. Today I speak life not only into myself but into those around me. Today I dont ridicule others, I support and uplift them. Today I use my pain as fuel to inspire strength in others. Today I stand up for those still shrinking in fear. Today I extend an outstretched hand to those who considered me an enemy. Today I have my reservations but I still choose to trust that people can change. Today I know that my worth is not found in what people do...

Sometimes the mind acts as a cage It traps you in yourself There is seemingly no escape from the thoughts There is no unlocking the cage There is no escape There is only you and your mind in this twisted game

Smile You will Spread happiness You will make Memories \You will Ignite a fire in the hearts of those around you You will Leave an impact no matter how big or small You will Enter a place of joy in your mind You smile to be the change you want to see

Think... Think not about the discomforts and displeasures of the world No. Think. Think about the constant blessings you are given If your reading this then your alive; blessing If you ate today; blessing If you sleep in a bed; blessing We take such seemingly bare necessities for granted While in reality were thriving compared to some Now thing again.. Think. Think about how you can share your blessings and impact another persons life for the better today

Look into the sun Then look in the mirror Did you see the light and power radiated from only one tiny piece of the whole universe? You, in the mirror, you are equivalent to the sun You have the capability to be the shining light in the lives of those around you If the sun can maintain and help an entire universe thrive... Then think how you can use your light to change a few lives

The question often posed is, "who do you want to be?" Yet with this question there is rarely a resolution The question that should be posed is, " what do you believe you can be?" The truth be told, we as people can accomplish no "want" without first having "belief" Believe you are strong, because you are Believe you can accomplish anything, because you can Train your mind to believe in yourself and in turn you will hold the key to every "want" you possess

Her shadow is illuminated in the brightness of the sun A small figure compared to most Although she is small, she stands tall They told her she would never make it... So she rose above them all They stomped on her shadow, so she took on a shield She learned to fighr She fought horrid names and rumors She fought piercing words that left unremovable scars She fought self doubt That small figure fought negativity of others and herself Now she may be a small figure still in size But to herself and for herself she stands tall She stands tall to show others, to be an example of what can be done

When you think about sand, what is it you see? A wish, a dream, or a scar maybe? Does your answer change as it swirls with the sea? Does your sway as it floats in the wind? Is your answer fully formed when you walk upon it? Sand an interesting feat It morphs, changes and even fades away It creates an image, perhaps tells a story It's story varies for us all Therefore the question is posed, when you look at the sand, what do you see?
